The faster Firefox browser is now out of beta and is available for everyone to download!

As claimed by Mozilla, the Firefox Quantum web browser is twice as fast as its original browser six months ago. A new browsing engine provides the speed boost it needs; it also uses 30 percent less memory than Chrome. This means you should be able to open more tabs and webpages at once.

Apart from the under-the-hood improvements, the interface also got a refresh. Firefox Quantum sports a minimal design and has a few built-in features like taking and sharing screenshots, and the Pocket bookmarking service. A new library shortcut lets you access all your favorite content in one spot.

Of course, the browser still supports extensions and themes to make it as customizable as before. You can also sync passwords, bookmarks, and other data between Firefox installs on different devices. The Send Tabs feature lets you instantly share open tabs between your computer, mobile, and tablet.

Firefox Quantum is available on desktop computers, Android, and iOS. Go here to download.
