Google has just announced their latest lineup of products and, boy oh boy, the excitement around the new gadgets has not waned. The #MadeByGoogle event exhibited some serious technology, so I’ve come up with a round-up of said devices and event highlights because really, no one has the time to watch the whole thing.
Google had a lot of announcements during their annual hardware launch, but perhaps the most interesting (aside from the Pixel 2, of course) from were the Pixel Buds. These are not your ordinary wireless earphones, because they have something unique to offer that feels like it’s taken from the future.

Last year, Google did something every smartphone manufacturer should do, and that’s to create two sizes for a flagship phone without compromising the smaller unit’s specs — save for the screen size and battery capacity, of course. That’s why it’s a shame that Google didn’t follow their own lead and do the same for the newly launched Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL.
