Accessories for the iPhone tend to be also expensive. But if you look hard enough, you’ll find gems like the Vention 10,000mah Magnetic Wireless Powerbank that offer great value.

Out of the box you get the powerbank itself along with a short USB-C to USB-C cable.

On the upper right side of the device, you’ll find the USB-C port for charging the powerbank.

But it can also be used to charge other devices. It’s an I/O port.

It has a folding stand.

Or horizontally which is perfect for watching videos even while you’re charging.

Charging data

On the Vention website, it says it’s capable of 7.5W charging for Apple devices and 15W Max charging for Android ones.

For wired charging, max output is 20W while input is at 18W.

We mostly just used it to fully charge an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Here are the results.

iPhone Start iPhone End Vention Start Vention End Duration
Test 1 70 100 83 57 1:20:23
Test 2 62 99 95 68 2:15:42
Test 3 66 98 89 63 1:58:00

The results appear to be in line with the 7.5W wireless charging noted on the Vention website. This is also primarily the reason why we started using it while the iPhone’s battery was still relatively high.

We decided to juice up around the time when one gets to take a lunch break or, in one of the instances of the tests, if finally able to settle down at a place after walking around for a while.

The way we this writer uses a powerbank is mostly to ensure there’s more than enough juice left to end the day without panicking that the battery life of the iPhone is already in the red zone.

Juicing up the Vention Magnetic Wireless Powerbank also appeared consistent with its declared 18W input. Here are the charge test results.

Vention Start Vention End Duration
Test 1 56 100 1:48:52
Test 2 68 100 1:12:21
Test 3 62 100 1:30:00

This charging habit lends nicely to letting you recharge both the iPhone and the Vention Powerbank once you get home.

Is this your GadgetMatch?

Vention Magnetic Wireless Powerbank

Depending on where you are, the Vention Magnetic Wireless Powerbank retails for US$ 47.99 or PhP 2,561. If you’re lucky, it might even be on sale.

That makes it around 50% cheaper than the mainstream option here which is the Anker Maggo Power Bank. Both have a 10,000mAh. However, the Anker one has a wireless charging speed advantage at 15W.

But the Vention one has a few more things going for it. The magnet is a stronger hold, it’s slimmer making it much easier to carry, and is obviously more affordable. Despite the ding on wireless charging, these other factors still make the Vention a more compelling option.

Sure, you might have to adjust your charging habits a little bit, but it’s a minor compromise compared to the overall value you’re getting. That’s why for us; it’s a Super Swipe and is worthy of the GadgetMatch Seal of Approval.

Logitech G debuts PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE with faster click tech

Faster clicks, deeper control

PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE

Logitech G is pushing competitive gaming performance further with the launch of the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE. It’s a next-generation wireless mouse built around a new click system designed for speed and control.

At the center of the PRO X2 is its patent-pending SUPERSTRIKE technology. It reduces the travel distance needed to register a click, cutting latency by up to 30 milliseconds based on internal testing. The result is faster inputs that can make a difference in high-stakes, split-second moments.

The mouse also introduces the Haptic Inductive Trigger System (HITS), replacing traditional mechanical microswitches. Instead of relying on physical contact, it delivers tactile feedback the moment a click signal is sent, helping players feel each input in real time.

Customizable clicks for competitive play

Developed with esports teams like G2 Esports, NAVI, and BLG, the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE focuses on precision and consistency. It supports 10 selectable actuation levels, allowing users to fine-tune how deep a click needs to be before it registers.

These adjustments can be made through Logitech G HUB, giving players the flexibility to match their setup to different games, roles, or playstyles without interrupting gameplay.

The mouse also uses Logitech’s LIGHTSPEED wireless technology with up to an 8kHz polling rate. This ensures fast and stable performance without the limitations of a wired connection.

Precision tracking and lightweight build

Powering the PRO X2 is Logitech’s HERO 2 sensor. It supports up to 44,000 DPI, 888 IPS tracking speed, and over 88G acceleration. Logitech says tracking remains free of smoothing, acceleration, or filtering, allowing for more consistent and direct input.

Despite its performance-focused internals, the mouse keeps a lightweight build at 61 grams. Logitech says this supports faster movements and reduces fatigue during long sessions.

Battery life is rated at up to 90 hours on a single charge, letting players stay in the game longer without interruptions.

Price and availability

The Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE is priced at PhP 11,945. It is available in the Philippines via Shopee and authorized Logitech retailers.
