It’s a familiar sight. People lining up right outside the Apple Store waiting to get their hands on the latest iPhone. Today, the iPhone 11 is now available in Singapore and first in line is a 17-year-old from Malaysia.

His name is Aidid. He went to Singapore along with his sister to get their hands on the latest iPhones. Little did he know, he would be the first one in line. Aidid recorded the experience on Instagram. Here’s a quick look at when the doors opened.

Aided went all in. He bought a Space Grey iPhone 11 Pro Max for himself but he didn’t stop there. He also purchased a black iPhone 11 and an Apple Watch Series 5.

Best cameras on an iPhone to date

One of the biggest improvements on the iPhone 11 family are the cameras. The pro versions sport a triple camera setup: Ultra Wide, Wide and Telephoto. With the three new perspectives come improved overall image quality. It promises to produce better portraits and better low-light shots with Night Mode. The next-generation Smart HDR will help a lot in improving lighting. Apple says it will intelligently relight a scene to produce a more natural-looking image with greater detail.

The iPhone 11 family is also equipped with the A13 bionic chip. It’s not only smarter and faster, it’s also more power efficient.

Pricing and availability

The new iPhones are now available in Singapore. The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will be available in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB models in midnight green, space grey, silver and gold starting at SG$ 1,649 and SG $1,799, respectively.
