LG Electronics announced the launch of new lifestyle screen LG StanbyME in Singapore. It also happens to be the same TV used by K-Pop superstar Sandara Park.

The 27-inch, self-standing touchscreen display provides more flexibility and convenience for users of the modern age, while serving as a one-of-a-kind entertainment center at home.

It was seen on an episode of South Korean variety show Home Alone featuring former 2NE1 member Sandara Park. 

All-in-one entertainment solution

LG StanbyME has LG’s webOS smart TV platform interface designed exclusively for the product.

It is built-in with a wide range of streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Facebook Watch, Netflix, YouTube, and an ad-free video-on-demand education platform Highbrow.

The newest product also has support for HDR10 Pro and AI Sound for more distinctive content audio and visuals.

Unrivalled streaming experience

With Mobile Screen Mirroring, streaming using the LG StanbyME is made seamlessly as it connects with the latest Android and iOS smartphones.

Users with AirPlay 2 can also stream, share, or mirror content straight from their devices while Home app or Siri on iOS devices allows controlling the device remotely.

Connecting laptops or PCs is also a breeze. You can do via wired (USB or HDMI) or wireless connections. This makes it suitable for presentations and meetings.

When not in use, turn LG StanbyME into a digital display of artworks or images. It can also be a functional interface like a calendar and clock.

Portable entertainment companion

The LG StanbyME features a sleek, modular stand with up to a 20-cm height adjustment. And it has a 27-inch FHD IPS display screen.

The screen can be rotated up to 180 degrees in either landscape or portrait modes. It can also be swiveled up to 130 degrees, and titled up to 50 degrees for versatile viewing comfort.

Positioned on its stand’s base are five concealed wheel. With these, users are able to move it freely around.

The wireless screen comes with a built-in battery that lasts up to three hours on a single charge. It’s ideal for watching movies, doing home workouts, or conducting conference calls.

The LG StanbyME features a pure beige textural fabric cover, complementing most interior decors with a warm and sophisticated touch.
