For customers in the Philippines, the premium gaming headphones is priced at PhP 11,995.

Inspired by culture and tradition

The Dragon Arctis Nova 7 Wireless is designed by both SteelSeries artists and their product managers with Chinese and Taiwanese heritage.

The gaming headphones comes in a deep red and gold colorway, making it perfect for Lunar New Year 2024. Red and gold colors have traditionally been associated with prosperity, money, and fortune.

The speaker plates have a modern-looking dragon icon in gold. The dragon’s body wraps around the Chinese character for dragon (Lóng) and sits atop lucky clouds. Moreover, a circular version of the Chinese character for good fortune (Fú) is also on the ear cups. Lastly, the dragon scales on the headband completes the look.

Besides its limited edition look, the Dragon Arctis Nova 7 Wireless is equipped with the Nova Acoustic System or “Almighty Audio.”

The headphones sport custom-designed High Fidelity speaker drivers for unparalleled sound, as well as 360° Spatial Audio.

Topnotch personalization

Users may also download the Sonar Audio Software Suite that pro-grade parametric EQ for advanced customization.

The Arctis Nova 7 allows simultaneous audio listening with 2.4GHz and Bluetooth. Gamers can easily swap between various devices like PC, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, smartphones, and other Apple or Android devices with USB-C.

Crystal-clear communication

The headphones’ ClearCast Gen 2 features AI-powered noise cancellation for crystal-clear conversations.

The bidirectional microphone on the headphones is purposely designed for gamers. In fact, it uses the same technology being used by Formula 1 teams to ensure audible comms.

Comfort for marathon sessions

The Arctis Nova 7 supports up to 38 hours of battery life and fast-charging. A 15-minute recharge allows up to another six hours of use.

With ComfortMax System and AirWeave Memory Foam cushion, gamers do not have to worry about fatigue for long sessions.

Apple is reportedly working on its own gaming controllers

It might launch under the Beats brand.

Published

Last week, the iPhone Duo changed how you look at the ubiquitous smartphone. Foldables are in, and Apple is right there with it. But the company isn’t stopping with the foldable segment. Apple is reportedly working on its own branded game controllers.

According to Bloomberg, Apple has been working on a controller since last year. Further, a piece of code linked to macOS 27.4, spotted by MacRumors, includes references to two unknown gaming controllers.

Because Apple just concluded its huge event this month, it will likely be a while before we see confirmation of this controller. And it could be anything. Of course, because the Duo is fresh on our minds, the easiest answer is a mobile controller than can maximize the foldable’s ability to stand by itself. It could also use Apple’s larger screens like the iPad, the MacBook, or the Mac. Some even speculate that this could be Apple’s stronger push into the gaming market.

Outside of the actual hardware, the reports are also claiming that the controller will arrive by way of Beats, rather than from Apple itself. At first, the branding comes off as a surprise, but then again, Beats hasn’t really evolved past an audio brand in a long, long time. Is it time to revitalize Beats as something more than just a peddler of headphones?

This new offering features up to 1000Hz refresh rate at HD and 540Hz at QHD so gamers have the flexibility to prioritize either clarity or speed.

The 27-inch IPS gaming monitor comes with NVIDIA G-SYNC, synchronizing the monitor’s refresh rate with the GPU to help minimize screen tearing, stuttering, and input lag.
