TCL has officially launched the TCL C755, a QD-Mini LED 4K TV that is set to break barriers as an “Ultra Game Master.”

Coming in a three-sided frameless design, the TCL C755 will be available in four variants up to 98 inches large.

Here’s a quick overview of its specs:

  • Color gamut: 96% DCI-P3
  • Resolution: 4K UHD 3840 x 2160
  • Refresh rate: 144Hz VRR
  • Operating system: Google TV with built-in Google Assistant

  • Support for DTS-HD+DTS Virtual: X
  • IMAX Enhanced display
  • Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi6, HDMI 2.1, HDMI CEC

The TV presents vivid visuals with lifelike colors and an ultra-high contrast ratio, thanks to its screen that is divided into over 500 dimming zones.

These zones allow the TV to precisely correct and balance the backlight and image by calculating the brightness intensity for each zone based on signals, leading to images shown with more light and shadow details.

The display also leverages Quantum Dot technology and the AiPQ Processor 3.0 to deliver vibrant and lifelike images that come with excellent contrast.

Exceptional gaming

For gaming, the TCL C755 models use Game Master 2.0 for a smoother and more immersive display and audio experience.

The TVs support advanced features such as IMAX Enhanced display, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Virtual:X to help in achieving that.

They also utilize AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and HDMI 2.1*4 for higher resolutions and greater bandwidth.

OPPO Reno16 Series | BABYMONSTER

OPPO has confirmed that the Reno16 Series 5G is coming soon to the Philippines.

The upcoming smartphone series will introduce the company’s new Pocket Studio imaging experience alongside OPPO Bubble with Camera Remote View. The launch also continues OPPO’s partnership with K-pop girl group BABYMONSTER, the brand’s global ambassadors.

Pocket Studio puts the focus on photography

OPPO positions the Reno16 Series 5G as a camera-first smartphone. The series features a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide selfie camera, and Dual View Video for capturing photos and videos from multiple perspectives.

The company says these upgrades are designed to make mobile photography and content creation more versatile. Users can capture wide group selfies, detailed portraits, and creative videos without carrying dedicated camera gear.

OPPO Bubble brings remote camera controls

A standout feature is OPPO Bubble with Camera Remote View.

The new feature lets users pair the Reno16 Series 5G with compatible OPPO devices. From there, they can preview the camera feed remotely and trigger the shutter wirelessly.

This also allows users to frame selfies and group photos using the phone’s rear cameras while viewing the composition from another device. OPPO says the feature makes it easier to capture everyone in the frame without relying on timers.

Coming soon

The OPPO Reno16 Series 5G will arrive in the Philippines soon.

OPPO has yet to announce the official launch date, pricing, and local availability. More details are expected in the coming weeks.
