3 Lalamove booking hacks for the holidays
For businesses and more
With holiday season reaching its peak, business face a heightened demand for products and services which can be double-edged sword for business owners.
Fortunately, Lalamove offers these booking hacks to help both businesses and customers beat the holiday rush:
Multiple booking feature
A “secret hack” for furniture stores like Aguirre Office Furniture, the multiple booking feature allows users to deliver orders to multiple locations in one go.
This only means users do not have to wait for one order to finish before booking another, helping businesses minimize logistic costs and deliver on their promise to clients.
Multiple drops and vehicles
For businesses like flower shops which have to drop items to multiple destinations throughout the day, multiple drops and vehicles can be used to fulfill time-sensitive orders.
This, according to Manila-based Bloomingails.ph, whose fresh mini pine trees, wreaths, and Christmas centerpieces have become a hit this season.
To use this service, users simply have to tap “Add Stop” to place another drop-off point after placing the pick-up point when making an order.
Scheduled deliveries
Lastly, the option to book deliveries in advance instead of in real-time is also possible on Lalamove.
Etiquetta PH, a souvenir shop, urges its customers to choose this option to avoid the holiday rush.
On the app, after typing the pick-up point, users may select between “Now” or “Later” and then indicate the scheduled pick-up time.
