Globe outs postpaid plans for the Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+

With the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ announced, Globe Telecom unveiled their postpaid plans for the new Samsung flagships. If you’re planning to get the new premium phones or are due for re-contracting, you should check these monthly plans which are out earlier than usual.

Both phones are available starting at ThePLAN 599 which is the cheapest in the list but also the most basic. Of course, you can always choose a more expensive plan up to ThePLAN 2499 and in return, the cost of the bundled handset gets cheaper.

Here’s the breakdown of the cost of the handsets according to the chosen postpaid plan as posted on Globe’s website:

Each plan has their corresponding inclusions of mobile data allowance, amount of calls and texts, and some freebies. As suggested by the carrier, their best offer would be with ThePLAN 1499 which has a device fee of PhP 24,000 for the Galaxy S9. Interested applicants can avail of the 24-month zero percent installment plan for the device via credit card or charge to the bill for re-contracting subscribers.

You now have a total monthly fee of PhP 2,499 (ThePLAN 1499 + PhP 1,000 for the device) and that includes 8GB of data, unlimited calls to Globe/TM, unlimited texts to all networks, and the usual freebies of 3-month Spotify Premium and 6-month Netflix subscriptions.

Globe also offers a free Samsung Wireless Charger for all renewals.
