HUAWEI has officially launched its new FreeArc earbuds in the Philippines. It emphasizes all-day comfort and secure fit for active users. These open-ear designed earbuds aim to provide a comfortable and stable audio experience without compromising on sound quality or durability.

Comfort

The HUAWEI FreeArc features a unique C-Bridge Design with a 140° Optimal Triangle structure, engineered for a secure grip during various activities, including high-impact movements and water sports. The S-shaped curves and droplet-shaped earhooks are designed to conform to the natural contours of the ear, ensuring a snug fit for diverse ear shapes.

Constructed from hypoallergenic, skin-friendly liquid silicone, the earbuds offer a smooth and breathable feel for extended wear. The inclusion of a 0.7mm Ni-Ti shape-memory alloy allows the earhooks to adapt to individual ear shapes, further enhancing both fit and comfort. Despite their robust design, the HUAWEI FreeArc maintains a lightweight feel.

Sound Quality

For audio performance, the FreeArc incorporates a 17x12mm driver unit and a dynamic bass algorithm, delivering rich and clear sound. Adaptive equal-loudness tuning ensures consistent bass and volume levels. HUAWEI has also implemented advanced sound leakage reduction technology for private listening during calls and music playback in crowded environments. The open-ear design allows users to remain aware of their surroundings while enjoying audio content. Additionally, the earbuds offer multi-EQ modes and custom tuning options.

The HUAWEI FreeArc boasts 4m/s wind-noise resistance for clear calls and stellar audio even in windy conditions. A dual-mic layout with triple noise cancellation further enhances call clarity by suppressing background noise. The earbuds also feature an advanced smart antenna and anti-interference technology, providing stable connections over long distances of up to 400 meters or within a 100m² space.

Durability

Durability is a key aspect of the HUAWEI FreeArc, as they are HUAWEI’s first true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds with an IP57 water resistance rating, making them resistant to sweat, splashes, and rain. The earbuds have undergone rigorous testing to withstand everyday wear and tear.

In terms of convenience, the HUAWEI FreeArc supports Dual Device Connection, allowing seamless switching between devices such as laptops and smartphones across both iOS and Android platforms. Intuitive multi-area gesture controls enable users to easily adjust volume, play/pause audio, answer/end calls, skip tracks, and activate voice assistants with simple swipes, taps, and long presses.

Battery life offers up to 7 hours on a single charge and a total of 28 hours with the charging case. A quick 10-minute charge provides 3 hours of usage.

The HUAWEI FreeArc is priced at PhP 6,999 but is currently available for a promotional price of PhP 4,999 in the Philippines through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and HUAWEI Online Stores.

CASETiFY is launching a new collection of cases and accessories for the iPhone 18 series, updating some of its most popular designs with refined finishes, new protection features, and expanded customization options.

Impact Case

The collection is led by the Impact Case, CASETiFY’s best-selling case with more than 19 million units sold worldwide. It uses an internal EcoShock™ design and Duo-Lock by CASETiFY™ bonding for impact absorption and dispersion. The case is tested for drops of up to 8.2 feet and 4x Military Standard 810G. It also features a scratch-resistant Glaze finish, raised bezel, precision-engineered camera control button, and MagSafe and wireless charging compatibility.

The Ultra Impact Case builds on the same family with redesigned, more rounded corners and reinforced structures with internal air cells. It is tested for drops of up to 11.5 feet and 6x Military Standard 810G. It also has a slimmer profile, multiple design options, and MagSafe compatibility.

It is tested for drops of up to 8.2 feet and 4x Military Standard 810G. The Cloud Case uses a quilted soft-touch design with pillowy bumpers and up to 6.6 feet of drop protection.

AirPods 5 boasts better ANC and sound quality for the same price

Right after the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max series, Apple dropped another bombshell for fans. Complementing the latest iPhone generation, the new AirPods 5 features a bunch of the most impressive improvements for the wearable.
