HONOR Philippines went all out for what they said was the final major launch in the country for 2023. The company launched three smartphones and a tablet headlined by the HONOR 90 Lite 5G.

Both the HONOR X6a and HONOR X5 Plus sport ultra-large 5,200mAh battery. It can support up to 17.8 hours of video playing, 13.5 hours of TikTok browsing or 15.5 hours of music streaming on a single charge. When you need to juice up, you can do so with the HONOR 22.5W SuperCharge. It can charge the smartphones to 31% after just 20 minutes.

Sharp announces 2 new AQUOS V6 phones in Singapore

Sharp has announced the availability of its fastest and lightest smartphones yet in Singapore. 

The AQUOS V6 series comes in two variants: the AQUOS V6 5G which is priced at SG$ 399 and the AQUOS V6 Plus which retails for SG$ 299.

The smartphones are available for purchase at Sharp’s Cocoro life store, as well as Lazada and Shopee.

Sharp AQUOS V6 5G: Lightning speed, undisturbed connectivity

The AQUOS V6 5G is powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 700 processor and runs on the Android 12 OS. It has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

It has a 50MP main camera, along with an 8MP front camera. Meanwhile, the screen is a 6.6-inch 90Hz display. It comes with reading mode, dark mode, and temperature control.

Sharp AQUOS V6 Plus: Handheld powerhouse

Meanwhile, the AQUOS V6 Plus is a slim and lightweight phone that is powered by a Helio G25 chipset and has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

It houses a 6.52-inch 60Hz display, for convenient browsing, streaming, and gaming.

The phone likewise has a 50MP main camera which supports several shooting features such as Pro, Panorama, Portrait, and One Shot.

Both models have a 5,000mAh battery which supports 15W of fast-charging. Other features include Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, Wi-Fi dual band, and fingerprint recognition.

vivo V29 5G now in the Philippines: Price, availability

The vivo V29 5G series is now in the Philippines. The newest mid-ranger from the company was announced in a star-studded occasion at Okada Manila. It was attended by no less than ambassador Anne Curtis.

The smartphone succeeds the vivo V27 5G series, which is why it is dubbed the “Aura Portrait Master 2.0.”

Aura Light 2.0

The vivo V29 showcases an improved and redesigned Aura Light 2.0. It produces brighter, more evenly-distributed, and more adjustable lighting based on the scenery.

The phone boasts of a 50MP wide-angle HD selfie camera with auto-focus capability, and electronic image stabilization (EIS). At the back is a 50MP f/1.9 ultra-dual stabilization (OIS+EIS) capable main camera.

The phone has a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate and support for HDR10+.

To make everything work, the vivo V29 series houses a Snapdragon 778G processor while its 4,600mAh battery supports 80W of fast-charging for a 50% juice-up in just 17 minutes.

Price, availability

Available in Starry Purple and Magic Maroon colorways, the series comes in the 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB variants for PhP 24,999 and PhP 26,999, respectively.

A more affordable version, the vivo V29e 5G (12GB+256GB) also retails for PhP 18,999 available in Crystal Blue and Forest Black.
