The new ASUS Vivobook S 15 is filled with AI

Earlier this week, Microsoft unleashed its next generation of notebooks. Called Copilot+ PCs, these notebooks will focus on AI technology using new chipsets and a neural processing unit. Now, a lot of manufacturers are quick to jump on the trend. ASUS is one of the first. If you’re looking to get into the new world of AI PCs, here’s the Vivobook S 15.

As expected with a lot of PCs in the lineup, the Vivobook S 15 will come with the Snapdragon X Elite. The new processor is built to maximize AI functionality. The chipset can reportedly achieve 45 TOPS with its Hexagon NPU. More technically, it will have up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD.

As for its form factor, the Vivobook S 15 features a 14.7mm design, weighing in at only 1.42 kilograms. It still features an expansive screen, though. The notebook has a 15.6-inch 3K 120 Hz ASUS Lumina OLED display, capable of 0.2ms response time, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification.

Thinness isn’t its only selling point, though. The notebook also has an RGB backlit keyboard for maximum style. It also has a dedicated Copilot key to easily access the Windows-exclusive feature.

The Vivobook S 15 has two USB4 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a slot for microSD cards, and an audio jack. It also features support for Wi-Fi 7.

Finally, the laptop has a 70Wh battery, reportedly capable of 18 hours of uninterrupted performance. It still supports ASUS USB-C Easy Charge, too.

The HONOR MagicBook Pro 16 (Integrated Graphics version) is finally available in Europe. First announced at MWC 2024, the flagship laptop offers users a wide range of AI features, a remarkable display, and unmatched performance.

AI-enhanced performance

The HONOR MagicBook Pro 16 houses an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor 125H, combining four performance cores, eight efficient cores, and two low-power efficient cores. It also comes with an integrated Intel Arc graphics GPU, to help deliver exceptional performance and visuals.

For its cooling system, the laptop has a 12mm composite heat pipe and three-heat pipe design to efficiently conduct heat away from components. This temperature control and intelligent sensing ensures the device can handle heavy workloads like gaming and content creation.

Moreover, users may switch between 65W High-Powered mode and 50W Smart Mode. Performance Mode maximizes the processor’s power for demanding tasks. On the other hand, Smart Mode provides a balanced performance for more casual usage.

Alongside its processor and graphics, the MagicBook Pro 16 has a 75Wh battery, promising users up to 12 hours on a single charge.

AI-powered cross-device collaboration

Leveraging platform-level AI, HONOR users can effortlessly connect their devices across different platforms. With PC Manager version 18.0 or above, HONOR enables seamless collaboration and connectivity within the ecosystem.

And with MagicRing, users may synchronize tasks and notifications across devices. This gives users a convenient and accessible experience with their devices.

Captivating display

In front, the MagicBook Pro 16 boasts of an impressive 16-inch HONOR FullVIew Display. This supports a resolution of 3,072 x 1,920. It also has slim bezels for a 93% screen-to-body ratio. Furthermore, the screen has a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, supports 100% DCI-P3 and 100% sRGB color gamut, as well as HDR 400.

Users may also leverage the panel’s E-Book Mode and Dynamic Dimming Technology. To top it off, the display is TÜV Rheinland Flicker-Free and Low Blue Light certified.

This display is complemented by a spatial audio system consisting of six speakers (four woofers and two tweeters) along with cutting-edge audio technology to provide an immersive experience for whatever content.

Stunning design

Lastly, HONOR’s latest masterpiece also showcases a stunning full-metal design. This is enhanced by 3D Coloring Spray Technology, which elevates the laptop’s visual appeal by creating a neat, unified, and split skyline surface design.

The laptop measures just 19.9mm thick and weighs just about 1.79 kilograms. The compact and portable device may be effortlessly carried along wherever by its owners.

Colorful has launched its brand new EPOCH Series AI laptops, headlined by the EPOCH 14. The all-around notebook is designed for business and content creation, featuring a powerful processor and GPU while touting a a slim and lightweight design.

Built to keep up with workloads in today’s AI era of computing, the EPOCH 14 comes with 13th Gen Intel Core i9 (up to 13900H) processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPUs. Together, these components can deliver up to 686 TOPS.
