Samsung accidentally leaks the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3

In a 30-second ad

Samsung is hosting its annual Galaxy Unpacked event on August 11. In the weeks leading up to the event, the company already confirmed what was coming: a new slate of foldables and no Galaxy Note. Amid the company’s confirmations, a slew of leaks has revealed a lot of details already. And, less than two days before the event itself, Samsung has accidentally leaked ads for the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3.

Samsung Malaysia accidentally posted a 30-second ad on YouTube for the foldable, presenting them in detail with their touted features. The YouTube account has since deleted the ad but not before Reddit captured the video.

The video starts by displaying the Galaxy Z Flip 3’s bigger cover screen, allowing users to see much more of their notifications even without flipping the device on. It then moves on to the Galaxy Z Fold 3’s S Pen experience, confirming that the series will get a much more optimized S Pen. Finally, the video touts the series’ increased durability, a persistent problem since the form factor’s introduction.

Of course, these are all details that were hinted at in the past. The leaked video hasn’t really revealed anything new about the series. However, it does show the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 in all their glory. Plus, it confirms formerly rumored details.

Samsung just leaked the Galaxy S23 FE

And the Galaxy Buds FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE

Samsung is trying to one-up Google in the most unexpected way. Just as the latter has been continuously leaking the Pixel 8 series ahead of its launch, Samsung is now on a race to spoil the upcoming Galaxy S23 FE a little early. A new leak has revealed the upcoming Fan Edition devices in all their glory.

Recently, Samsung Argentina accidentally put up a landing page for the entire Fan Edition lineup. The highlight is the Galaxy S23 FE. However, the page also contains the Galaxy Buds FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE. It looks like the page is down now, but SamMobile obtained the photos before the takedown.

The page does not reveal much about the devices’ hardware. However, the photos do hint that the new lineup will feature a slightly lesser version of the current generation of Samsung devices. Also, since the photos show all three devices in one layout, Samsung is likely planning to drop all of them at once at an unannounced launch date.

The Fan Editions had a storied year. After reports that Samsung killed off the lineup, rumors came out that Galaxy FE was going to make a comeback later this year. Some regional branches confirmed the news by accidentally sprinkling in references to the unannounced series.

Soon after the Samsung Argentina leak, Samsung India released official teasers for the series. Though it doesn’t name the Galaxy S23 FE exactly, it’s the same color scheme as the leaked photos. The Galaxy FE is likely coming soon.
