Great news for vivo users: the vivo V30 5G may now be availed through Smart’s postpaid plans. For those looking to upgrade, vivo’s topnotch mid-ranger is an available handset under the Smart Signature Plans+ 999.

Customers only need to shell out PhP 5,900 for the initial downpayment. Afterwards, they will need to pay only PhP 500 a month over a two-year contract period.

The plan also includes 20GB of open access data, unlimited 5G data for 12 months, unlimited calls and texts to all networks and landline numbers.

Subscribers may also enjoy data rollover, meaning unused data allocation will carry over to the next month. Moreover, they will get a PhP 149 discount on any Netflix subscription plan every month.

Aura Portrait cameras

Launched in the Philippines last March 2024, the vivo V30 series is the first vivo smartphones made in partnership with ZEISS. As such, the vivo V30 5G boasts of three advanced 50MP cameras.

At the back are the vivo Camera-bionic Spectrum (VCS) True Color main camera and AF ultra wide angle camera, while in front is another 50MP AF selfie camera.

The main shooter offers flagship-level light sensitivity and optical image stabilization (OIS) for exceptional captures even at night.

The camera package is also complemented by the enhanced Aura Light Portrait 3.0, which has a light-emitting area 19 times larger and 50 times softer than standard flashes. Users may also adjust the Aura Light’s color temperature to suit the subject and background.

Elsewhere, the V30 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. It supports 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It also has a 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz maximum refresh rate. Lastly the phone’s 5,000mAh battery supports 80W of fast charging for a quick replenishment in under an hour.
