IFA 2026
Xiaomi makes IFA debut, showcasing ‘Human x Car x Home’ ecosystem
Xiaomi continues to invest in AI for everyday experiences
Xiaomi officially made its debut at IFA 2026 in Berlin, Germany with over 3,300 square meters of exhibition space.
The company brought together more than 380 products, forward-looking technologies, and real-world demonstrations.
The exhibition was organized around three major areas: AI Tomorrow, AI Today, and “Human x Car x Home”. Together, these areas took visitors from future-facing concepts to intelligent experiences that are readily available.
The entire showcase also demonstrates how AI can coordinate devices and services across different environments to create more intuitive everyday life experiences.
AI Tomorrow, for instance, explores the future of intelligent mobility through Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo. This highlighted new possibilities at the intersection of automotive design, performance technology, and digital experiences.
AI Today, meanwhile, showcased the Xiaomi SU7 Max and home environments. These included the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and study areas. The section demonstrated how AI can coordinate personal devices, cars, and smart home products around everyday scenarios.
Moreover, Xiaomi’s “Human x Car x Home” portfolio brings together more than 380 products across seven categories:
- cooking and food storage
- home cleaning
- air management
- audiovisual entertainment
- safety and security
- personal devices
- smart mobility
The smart ecosystem is a user-centered intelligent ecosystem that connects such products. They use AI and Xiaomi HyperOS to enable devices and services to work together across the entire ecosystem.
Mijia expands in Europe
At IFA 2026, Xiaomi also announced the large-scale expansion of its smart home brand, Mijia, in Europe.
The brand brings together human-centric intelligence, proven quality, and essential design to create smart home experiences that feel more natural, intuitive, and dependable.
Mijia currently covers over 2,000 products across more than 130 product categories, all connected through a shared ecosystem.
Advancing AI, investing in long-term R&D
As AI continues to evolve, Xiaomi believes AI should go beyond just answering questions on the screen and understand real-world context better.
The aforementioned ecosystem provides an important foundation for this transition. By connecting multiple devices around the same user, the ecosystem provides a foundation for AI to understand context across different scenarios and coordinate multiple devices to complete tasks.
This core concept was showcased in detail at IFA through real-world scenarios involving simple tasks.
Furthermore, Xiaomi is investing more than EUR 24 billion for global R&D from 2026 to 2030, recognizing the importance of the European market.
This investment spans AI, OS, in-house semiconductor capabilities, smart vehicles, robotics, and smart manufacturing.

XGIMI announces AURA 3 Series 4K 120Hz UST projectors
Featuring Dynamic Dual Iris technology for contrast, depth, and detail
XGIMI has announced the debut of the AURA 3 Series at IFA 2026. Coming in the AURA 3 Max and AURA 3 Pro variants, these are the first 4K 120Hz UST projectors in the world.
The series’ flagship, the AURA 3 Max, brings together advanced picture performance, immersive sound, and flexible entertainment capabilities.
Its ultra-short-throw design projects a 120-inch image just eight inches away from the wall. This way, it can sit neatly on a media console while delivering an immersive big-screen experience, without taking over the room.
At IFA 2026, the AURA 3 Max was paired with the XGIMI Ascend floor-rising screen to demonstrate a full-scale cinema setup.
The series is powered by the world’s first Dynamic Dual Iris technology in a UST projector lineup. It uses two dynamically controlled optical apertures to precisely regulate light, delivering deeper blacks and higher contrast.
Combined with an RGB Triple Laser light engine and XGIMI’s new X-VISION AI Image Processor, it delivers exceptional picture quality in a furniture-inspired design.
Highlights:
- RGB Triple Laser light engine
- Up to 5700 ISO lumens

AWOL Vision has unveiled the LuxVision, its new flagship ultra-short-throw (UST) projector, at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The projector combines 4K resolution at 120Hz with optical lens shift, RGB triple-laser projection, and up to 6,000 ISO lumens of brightness.
AWOL Vision calls LuxVision the world’s first 4K 120Hz UST projector with optical shift. It is designed for premium home entertainment and home theater setups. It also has support for screen sizes of up to 200 inches.
The launch also marks AWOL Vision’s first IFA appearance following its refreshed global brand identity introduced in June. The company now brings its Aetherion Series for UST projectors and Valerion Series for long-throw projectors under a unified AWOL Vision brand framework.
Built for fast-moving content
LuxVision’s 4K 120Hz projection processes nearly one billion pixels every second. This is designed to keep fast-moving scenes sharp and smooth, whether you’re watching sports, racing, or action movies.
The projector also caters to gamers with 1ms input lag, ALLM, VRR, and Dolby Vision Gaming. Connectivity includes three HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort, and 4-channel HDMI Multiview for handling multiple sources and screens.
Its RGB triple-laser light source delivers 6,000 ISO lumens of brightness. AWOL Vision says LuxVision covers 110 percent of the Rec. 2020 color space. It also features Dynamic Tone Mapping and a seven-level dynamic iris for adjusting color, contrast, and brightness according to the scene.
The projector supports Dolby Vision, IMAX Enhanced, Filmmaker Mode, and 3D content.
Optical shift meets ultra-short throw
The LuxVision uses a 0.18:1 throw ratio, allowing it to project an image up to 200 inches from a very short distance.
Its one-touch vertical optical lens shift lets users reposition the image without sacrificing native 4K detail. A motorized lens cover and zero-light-leakage lens are also designed to keep the projector’s optics protected while maintaining a clean image.
AWOL Vision is also introducing its second-generation Anti-RBE technology. The system uses an optimized algorithm alongside TÜV Harmful Light Reduction to reduce visible rainbow artifacts and visual fatigue, particularly in fast-moving, high-contrast scenes.
The projector’s design takes inspiration from the architectural rhythm of the Parthenon. AWOL Vision uses that influence in a sculptural UST form, with customizable color, material, and finish options intended to suit different interiors.
Price and availability
The AWOL LuxVision has an MSRP of US$5,999 / €5,999 / £4,999. AWOL Vision plans to launch the projector around October 2026.
The company is showcasing the LuxVision at IFA 2026, Booth H22-113.
