There’s reportedly no more PlayStation 5 (PS5) shortage. And Sony is celebrating by launching The Year of Play campaign to kick-off 2023.

Imagine buying a PS5 and then winning a few more extra credit for shopping. With PlayStation’s The Year of Play campaign, it might just happen to you.

From January 10 to February 28, 2023, customers who buy a PS5 or PS5 Digital Edition will have a chance to win prizes.

How to participate:

During the campaign period, participants have to purchase a PS5 or PS5 Digital version with local one-year warranty label affixed on package from a retail or online retail store.
They then need to activate the console with internet connection and log in to PlayStation™Network (PSN) account.
Complete the entry form which is located at the campaign website with PSN account logged in. The PS5 model and serial number will be required to provide. Each serial number and PSN ID can only be used once.

Winners will be selected based on best answer submitted.

The prizes are as follows:

Grand Prize — 10 winners will be entitled to Sodexo Mobile Pass PhP 57,400
Second Prize — 40 winners will be entitled to Grabfood delivery voucher PhP 28,700
Third Prize — 100 winners will be entitled to Starbucks Gift Card PhP 5,600

The list of winners will be announced at the campaign website on March 22, 2023.
