Samsung, Sony, ASUS, and Xiaomi — all four brands have a lot riding on the success of their handsets. Their supersized smartphones, in particular, have been phenomenal lately; so great, in fact, that we reviewed one from each manufacturer recently.

After going through four similarly sized phablets, it’s only natural for us to pit them against each other in a comparison to choose the best. We call this one our Supersized Smartphone Showdown.

Without further ado, here are the entries: the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro, Sony Xperia XA Ultra, ASUS ZenFone 3 Ultra, and Xiaomi Mi Max.

While we believe each phone has something special to offer consumers — brand loyalties aside, of course — one stands out more than the others.

We took a closer look at their designs, scrutinized their audio and visual outputs, compared their battery and gaming performance, and checked which camera produced the most attractive photos.

Those are a lot to take in, and rightfully so, as these mini-tablets were definitely a handful during our time with them.

And be sure to come up with your own conclusion in the comments section after watching the video. After all, everyone has their own unique GadgetMatch.
