Workout and monitoring
Now that each subject knows their stats and how they want to adjust them. It’s time to plan the work.
The key metrics to look at are activity data, heart rate, stress levels, SpO2 and sleep. Luckily, these can all be tracked with the Huawei Watch GT3. Over time, the records will be logged and can be monitored on the Huawei Health app.
Subject number one

All these monitoring can put a strain on any smartwatch. Thankfully, under certain conditions, the Huawei Watch GT3 can last up to 14 days on a single charge. If you’re a really heavy user, that might be cut down to around 7 to 10 which is still nothing to scoff at.
