There’s a new ultrabook contender coming soon to Singapore. Singaporean buyers looking for a new sleek and powerful laptop will soon get their hands on Huawei MateBook X Pro. Plus, Huawei is also launching a new MatePad tablet to complement the laptop launch.

MateBook X Pro launch and availability

Pre-orders for the new Huawei MateBook X Pro will start on July 18 and last until July 24. Business professionals looking for a new laptop should take a look at this new ultrabook from Huawei.

The MateBook X Pro features an unconventional 3:2 touch screen with 3K resolution and 81% screen-to-body ratio. Powering the device is the 10th-gen Intel Core i7-10510U with NVIDIA GeForce MX250. Huawei guarantees all-day battery life on this laptop, especially with a 56Wh battery inside.

Those who pre-order the device will get a special bundle of freebies worth SG$ 1,61. Bundled freebies include Huawei Sound X smart speaker, Huawei Watch GT 2, Bluetooth mouse, backpack, and an additional 1-year warranty worth SG$ 199.

Huawei MateBook X Pro will be available in the sole configuration: 16GB of RAM coupled with 1TB of HDD. It is priced at SG$ 2,688.

MatePad launch and availability

Huawei is also bringing the latest MatePad tablet to Singapore this July 25. Huawei MatePad features a 90% screen-to-body ratio, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging for the user’s convenience. It supports a wide plethora of accessories such as the Huawei M-Pencil and Smart Magnetic Keyboard that connects via Bluetooth. It runs the latest EMUI 10.1 that comes with a bevy of unique software experiences such as multi-screen collaboration and the Huawei MeeTime.

Huawei is pricing the MatePad at SG$ 498 with a configuration of 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and LTE connectivity.

Other Huawei Mate bundles

Other Huawei Mate devices are also bundling freebies with every purchase from July 18 to August 16. These devices include the MateBook X Pro laptop, MatePad tablet, MateBook 13, and MateBook D15 laptops.

MatePad — FreeLace, flip cover, Huawei Video subscription, and 15GB of Huawei Cloud storage (worth SG$ 498)

MateBook D15 — mini Bluetooth speaker, backpack, wireless Bluetooth mouse, and additional 1-year warranty (worth SG$ 998)

These devices can be had on all Huawei stores nationwide. Buyers can also find these devices at Huawei’s Lazada and Shopee page. Alternatively, they can head over to authorized resellers including Best Denki, Challenger & Hachi.tech, and Harvey Norman. It is important to note that Courts will not be participating in the pre-order promo, but they will still be selling the MateBook X Pro and MatePad from July 25 onwards.
