AI features
Both the new Legion and LOQ devices are equipped with the newly developed Lenovo LA AI Core Chips. These provide a fully user-customizable AI-assisted performance boost for higher FPS and an overall top-tier experience.
It may not seem like a lot but it these new chips allow the new laptops to achieve peak power efficiency.
Brand new thermal design
Moreover, Lenovo’s partnership with Intel has led to a redefined thermal design. The Legion Coldfront Hyper thermal solution helps to manage airflow within gaming laptops.
The new system exclusive to the Legion 7i and Legion 5i optimizes heat management by transforming the airflow within the chassis and channeling the hot air from the chips through a central hyperbaric chamber.
The bottom D-cover also isolates the expelled hot air from the cold air drawn in by dual fans. This allows for higher frame rates during gaming sessions and cooler temperatures overall.
For the Lenovo LOQ, the hyperchamber thermal technology draws out up to an additional 25W of power in Extreme Mode. That’s while maintaining skin temperatures up to 2 degrees Celsius cooler. Not only that, the fan noise has been reduced to up to 2dB compared to the last generation.
Be a leader of the pack
The Lenovo Legion laptops are powered by 14th Gen Intel Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics for unbeatable processing power. They come in configurations of up to 64GB memory and 2TB of Gen4 PCIe storage. Furthermore, power rangers from an integrated 80wh to 99.99Whr battery.
Each device also comes with a 16-inch PureSight display. TrueStrike keyboard 4-zone RGB backlit. per-key RGB backlit (with lighting lens)

These units leverage the Lenovo LA1 AI chip powered by the Lenovo AI Engine+ through Lenovo Vantage, dynamically tuning the laptops power, fan curves, and other necessary settings to maximize performance according to a specific task.
Pricing for the Lenovo Legion lineup starts at PhP 144,995 while the new Lenovo LOQ may be purchased for as low as PhP 51,995.

Are you ready for a more colorful MacBook?
Apple is experimenting with quirkier colorway options for the MacBook.
In recent years, Apple has relented on limiting the colors of its devices to only the more premium-looking options. Users can now pick quirkier colors for their iPhones, highlighted currently by the Cosmic Orange iPhone 17 Pro Max. Soon, the same splashes of color might make its way to the MacBook lineup.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple has been testing different colorway options for its upcoming entry-level MacBook. The unannounced lineup might come in pink, light yellow, light green, and blue.
It’s a big change for MacBooks. Currently, the only “quirky” option that users can get is the MacBook Air’s Sky Blue, which honestly looks more silvery than blue. Other than that, the MacBook simply seesaws from different shades of gold, silver, and black.
To be fair, the upcoming MacBook will still have the traditional colorways of the current lineup. Additionally, it’s unclear whether Apple will ultimately include all its experimental colors into the final lineup.
Reportedly, the new lineup will cost somewhere between US$ 699 to US$ 799. Of course, the lower price tag will come at the expense of some specs. Although, it should still be good if we’re talking about an entry-level laptop.
It’s even more interesting if it’s hinting at the return of truly colorful options but for the notebook. The iMac already got a similar renaissance back in 2024, which mimics the classic computer’s colorful history.
