HONOR has just announced its first Snapdragon X Elite-powered laptop offering in the HONOR MagicBook Art 14 Snapdragon.

The cutting-edge notebook combines ultra-slim design, powerful AI capabilities, and unparalleled user-centric features to redefine mobile computing.

The MagicBook Art 14 Snapdragon is now available for preorders in Germany, Italy, and France starting at EUR 1,699.

Perfect companion for work, entertainment

Powered by Qualcomm’s efficient and intelligent processor for Windows, the HONOR MagicBook Art 14 Snapdragon enables smooth transition of Windows applications on X86 to Windows on Snapdragon architecture.

Through years of ecosystem research, HONOR has created a Hotspot Library that uses platform-level AI to identify frequently used scenarios and trigger translation optimization efficiently.

Currently, HONOR has optimized a total of the Top 14 applications across six major categories, including browsers, online meetings, media, office, social software, and tools.

The laptop is likewise supported by OS Turbo 3.0 and a power optimization engine, and houses a 60Wh battery that is tailored for AI scenario recognition and real-time scheduling and optimization.

Innovative design, compatibility

When unfolded, the laptop features an immersive 14.6-inch Eye Comfort FullView Touch Display with a 3.1K resolution. It has an expansive 97% screen-to-body ratio, the largest among 14-inch laptops.

The panel also features 4320Hz PWM flicker-free dimming and TÚV Rheinland Flicker Free certification.

Moreover, the product boasts of a detachable Modular Camera Design that enhances privacy and versatility.

The display is complemented by a six-speaker Spatial Audio system, comprising four woofe and two tweeters.

Furthermore, the device has an assortment of ports, including Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, USB-A, HDMI ports, and a 3.5mm Headphone/Mic jack. It also comes with up to 32GB of RAM.

Seamless AI experiences via MagicRing

As far as cross-OS connectivity is concerned, the MagicBook Art 14 Snapdragon also supports HONOR MagicRing, which connects devices and services across the devices.

For instance, users can connect the laptop to the HONOR MagicPad 2 and HONOR Magic V3 to utilize the former’s Magic-Pencil and the latter’s AI Eraser. This setup unlocks further possibilities for productivity and more tasks.

There’s been much ado about the NVIDIA RTX Spark. By now, you’ve probably heard a lot about the upcoming reinvention of PCs. But, as a regular consumer, it’s hard to visualize just how this revolution looks like. Thankfully, in NVIDIA’s demo suites, a few manufacturers got to showcase their take on an RTX Spark notebook. And all of them are coming out in the fall.

Unfortunately, none of these brands could share comprehensive details about their laptops beyond a promise for raw power. All of these models aren’t the final version yet.

However, just from what we can tell, these notebooks do feel different from the standard fare of laptops today. For one, they are deceptively heavier. Though all of the OEMs promise a much thinner profile, they’re either packing a lot of tech inside or are using denser materials for their chassis. But again, these are engineering units, so who knows how heavy these things will actually be?

Secondly, based on NVIDIA’s demos, they can do a lot of heavy lifting. NVIDIA says that these superchips are meant for developers and creators, but gamers will also find joy in their performance. DLSS 4.5, in particular, feels like a true revolution in terms of graphics.

Thankfully, fall isn’t too far away. If you can wait, the next evolution of PCs is just around the corner.

ASUS had a packed COMPUTEX 2026.

in this video we’re taking a look at our favorite announcements from the show: the ultra-portable and colorful Zenbook 14 all the way to the practical Vivobook S series.
