If you’ve been eyeing the latest Galaxy S21 series, we’re certain you’re confused about which color you should get. Fret not, we’re here to help. Here’s a quick guide to help you decide: choosing the color that resonates best with your personality.
Playful, friendly, and adorable
If you’re always bubbly, cheerful, and kinda goofy, then the Phantom Violet is perfect for you. It’s a refreshing colorway in a sea of gradients and bold, attention-grabbing colors. This one is subtle yet oozes with cute energy that’s too irresistible not to gaze at. Wear it for when you want to look ✨kawaii✨.
Classy, sexy, and minimalist
If you’re the type of person who loves a minimalist approach in everything in life, Phantom Pink or Phantom White might be an ideal color for your next smartphone. Both colors evoke a classy and sexy appeal, especially when paired with neutral and monochromatic outfits. Use these colors when you want to make a statement without being overbearing.
Sleek, serious, and straightforward
Black just got even better. The Galaxy S21’s Phantom Black isn’t the usual glossy, striking, reflective black. This time, it has a matte finish so you don’t have to worry about your fingerprints smudging your beautiful phone. If you own a lot of black accessories, this color would pair well. More importantly, black never fails to give off that serious vibe — it literally means business and nothing else. Perfect for the career-oriented and achievers!
Posh, upscale, and extravagant
If you’re feeling fancy, the Phantom Silver is the color for you. It’s shiny, attractive, and a definite head-turner without screaming attention. It’s magnetizing, subtly making everyone gaze at you due to your natural charisma. This is perfect for those who enjoy luxe and spotlight without making too much effort to gain praise and attention.
Finding the right color
If you still can’t decide which one to choose, step back, and listen to your heart. After all, the heart wants what it wants. Don’t let someone else’s opinion dictate the future color of your smartphone — choose whatever you want. The Galaxy S21 series starts at PhP 49,990.

Galaxy AI expands to 22 languages, adds Filipino and Gujarati
AI-powered suite now covers languages spoken by nearly 74% of the world
Samsung has announced that Galaxy AI has expanded by adding two new languages: Filipino and Gujarati.
Filipino is used daily by an estimated 87 million people and is the national language of the Philippines.
Gujarati, meanwhile, is spoken primarily by citizens of the Indian state of Gujarat. An estimated 62.5 million speak the language.
Both new languages were developed in close collaboration with Samsung Research Centers in Indonesia and India, respectively.
With the new update, Galaxy AI will now support a total of 22 languages. The database now accounts for languages spoken by nearly 74% of the global population, or roughly 5.9 billion people.
This strengthens Samsung’s ongoing commitment to lowering language barriers and bringing meaningful mobile AI experiences to more people.
Samsung users in even more regions can now access Galaxy AI’s suite of intelligent features designed to make communication and productivity easier and more intuitive.
This includes Live Translate for real-time, two-way voice and text translations for calls. There’s also Interpreter, which translates in-person conversations instantly through a split-screen view.
Other AI-powered features include Chat Assist, Note Assist, Transcript Assist, and Browsing Assist.
Such features were created with deep linguistic understanding and regional insight to ensure Galaxy AI adapts naturally to the ways people communicate.
Galaxy AI expanding at unprecedented pace
Samsung added that Galaxy AI has quickly become part of daily routines for millions of users around the world.
At the Galaxy AI Forum, Samsung shared that more than 70% of Galaxy S25 users regularly engage with Galaxy AI and Google Gemini features.
In the Philippines, there have also been a double-digit increase in Galaxy AI appeal, based on a consumer study conducted from August to September 2025.
In particular, the study found out that 40% of Filipinos find Live Translate and Call Assist “appealing”.
Since its debut with the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy AI has been expanding at an unprecedented pace. Samsung is on track to bring the suite to over 400 million devices by the end of 2025.
The suite is not limited to Samsung’s flagships like the S series and Z foldables; users on A series devices and some of the company’s tablets also feature Galaxy AI.

Nothing Phone (3a) Lite touts midrange specs as entry-level
Both the specs and the price are in midrange territory.
As they’ve announced recently, Nothing has now expanded its lineup to include the more budget-friendly Phone (3a) Lite.
Formerly thriving on only flagship and midrange models, Nothing has recently pushed to include entry-level smartphones into its lineup. The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is the brand’s first ever foray into the segment.
Not bad for an entry-level phone
Though the phone has a price tag that starts at only EUR 249 (or approximately US$ 289), the Phone (3a) Lite still rocks the brand’s iconic design, which the brand calls “a beautiful balance of matte and gloss.” It will have a Glyph Light which, unlike the longer strip of the past, is just a single blinking LED for notifications. The transparent back is encased in Panda Glass, broken only by the protruding triple rear camera combination.
Speaking of which, the phone comes with a 50-megapixel main shooter with a 1/1.57-inch Samsung sensor. It’s paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a macro lens. This trio is still capable of shooting 4K resolutions at 30 frames per second. Additionally, it comes with a 16-megapixel front camera.
In front, the phone has a 6.77-inch AMOLED display — putting out 1080p resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The side has this generation’s Essential Key (which we didn’t really care for in the flagship model).
Under the hood, the Phone (3a) Lite sports the Dimensity 7300 Pro 5G chipset. This is paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Finally, it has a 5000mAh battery, capable of 33W fast charging.
The bloatware begins
As we noted previously, Nothing has changed its perspectives on offering no bloatware inside its phones. Starting with Nothing OS 4.0 (which this phone will eventually come with), the brand’s non-flagship phones will eventually come with Lock Glimpse, a lock screen that’s essentially a rolling carousel of wallpapers with links to content. It’s similar to the lock screens you might see in Chinese smartphones these days.
Additionally, the upcoming update will start shipping smartphones off with preinstalled apps, starting with Instagram. It’s a big step away from Nothing’s prior commitment to offering a pure Android experience.
Price and availability
Available in black and white, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is out now in Europe. The base 128GB model sells for EUR 249. Meanwhile, the larger 256GB variant ships for EUR 279. There’s no word yet on availability elsewhere.
