Google’s all-in-one product launch once again unveiled a barrage of new products that are proudly made by the newly minted hardware specialist. But let’s face it: What we really want to know is how well the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL perform.

That’s what our hands-on video below aims to show.

Our short time with the flagship pair already gave us a fine taste of what’s to come for both the integrated software and phones themselves. A lot of it feels evolutionary rather than revolutionary, but you can’t deny the refinements Google implemented for an even better Pixel experience.

They didn’t even bother adding a secondary camera to the front or back, instead opting to create the best-ever smartphone camera using just a single lens. And although the colors seem limited at first, seeing them in person reveals just how stunning the two-tone options actually are.

So while you wait for stocks to become available, watch our take on the unique traits of the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL:
